Our Mission

The Anthony Penna Charitable Fund inspires a lifelong passion for the performing arts by supporting students involved in band, choir, and theatre programs within our local community.

Anthony was strong in academics and sports, but his passion and what really shaped him as a fine young man was his participation in band, choir, and theatre. It was through these programs that he gained confidence in his abilities, developed strong relationships of trust and respect, and took pride in being part of a "team." It is in the spirit of Anthony's life that we seek to help others realize their full potential through participation in these programs.

2024-2025 Grant Recipients

We are excited to announce the 2024-2025 Grant Recipients from the Anthony Penna Charitable Fund! We had a record number of requests again this year. This year’s grants are made in honor of James Joseph Hahn, who shared Anthony’s love of music. We are glad to be able to contribute to these important programs in memory of James.

Thank you for co-investing in the talent of the youth in our community. Together, we’re building character, one note at a time!™

OUR INSPIRATION

Anthony was a musician, athlete, scholar, friend, brother and son. Music was always a part of his life - whether it was chorus, band or theatre. We hope to help other students find this same love for music and theatre.
